While in the C-Suite, Adam acquired and lead 6 companies and over 700 employees, serving over 142,000 agents in 9000 franchises in over 110 countries worldwide. Not only was Adam in the Real Estate and Mortgage franchise industry, but he also lead acquisitions and integrations in AI, Data, Geo Spatial Data Intelligence, technology, and loan processing companies under the Holdings umbrella.

Prior to his nearly 2 decades in the corporate world, Adam was a SWAT team commander and undercover narcotics agent – among other law enforcement jobs he held and supervised while working throughout the Denver area for 11 years and founded two separate companies during that time.
