Joining Juan on the premiere of Transformational Trends is Jordan Erskine, Co-Founder & President of Dynamic Blending. Juan and Jordan talk about how he transformed his company from an R&D formulation consultancy group to a full-blown skincare manufacturer.
About Jordan Erskine:
In 2015, Jordan Erskine co-founded Dynamic Blending with Gavin Collier. They saw an opportunity to breathe new life into the contract manufacturing industry by breaking free of minimum order quantities and sky-high fees for pharmaceutical-grade cosmetics with an innovative vertical process for bringing customers’ products to market. This new, truly turnkey solution is attracting both Fortune 500 and nascent companies in the skin care, personal care, oral care, cosmetics and dietary supplement industry.
Today Dynamic Blending is one of the Mountain West’s fastest growing contract manufacturing companies, working with over 400 clients worldwide. As President, Jordan has led over 11,500% of in-house growth in less than 4 years, increased revenue six-fold year-over-year, and Dynamic has won Utah’s Best in State Award, 61 on Entrepreneur 360 List and was awarded the Gold Best Globe Award for Business to Business Services among for their Project Ignite and over 10+ awards total. Dynamic Blending is projected to be within the top 20 on the 2020 Inc. 5000 list in August 2020.
Jordan’s first successful exit came in 2019 – selling a popular CBD company that he co-founded. In addition to Dynamic Blending, he is COO, co-founder, and board member at NarcX Solutions, an on-site opioid destruction company dedicated to solve the opioid crisis; Co-founder of VivaRed Supplements, a dietary supplements company; Lead Investor of Launch Fulfillment, a 3PL freight logistics pick and pack fulfillment company; co-founder of ProcureMe, a global supply chain and logistics company; and founding partner of Red Giant Ventures, an angel investment firm, where he works to help and inspire aspiring entrepreneurs. He is also a Board Member for a Canadian CBD company, and founding member of the Utah Prosperity Council. Jordan continues to establish himself as a key figure in the manufacturing industry.
His success has been fueled by his passion for learning: Jordan holds an MBA in International Business and a Harvard Business School Certificate in Disruptive Strategy.
