About Chris Lewter:
Chris serves as vice president of Small Medium Business Sales for Verizon Business Markets. In this role he is responsible for all sales and distribution for communications and IT solutions aimed at small and medium business in the US.  Previously Chris was vice president – Enterprise Sales for Verizon Wireless, responsible for mobility sales, including Internet of Things solutions, for the company’s national and global enterprise accounts across numerous vertical industries.

Chris has also served as president – Mountain Region for Verizon Wireless, responsible for the company’s operations, including full P&L management and accountability, in Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Utah and Wyoming.

A telecommunications industry veteran, Chris began his career with Verizon Wireless in 1999 as a data solutions manager at a legacy Verizon company based in Warrendale, Pennsylvania.

In previous assignments, Chris served as a national account manager responsible for developing and managing Fortune 1000 customers. He also served as regional data director in Michigan where he was responsible for the data sales performance across the retail, indirect and B2B channels, as well as director of business sales in Michigan.  Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
