An accomplished IT entrepreneur, published author, and philanthropist, Steve is at the forefront of philanthropic activities focused on sustainable development and peace. In 20001, he established The Charitable Foundation, which has substantially impacted the lives of over 3 million people in some of the world’s poorest communities. For his contribution to the global peace movement, Steve has twice been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize, was awarded the Luxembourg Peace Prize in 2013, and has been recognized as one of the top 100 most influential people in reducing armed violence by a UK group Action on Armed Violence.
