This week we conclude our deep dive into the role of IT innovation and process improvement teams with special guest, Steven Hess the Chief Information Officer at UCHealth. Mohan and Steve discuss how achieving operational excellence in healthcare takes more than just people and why UCHealth needed to connect the dots between the data, the learning, and the sustainable change needed. A strong relationship between the business unit and the IT unit is critical. The two units must depend on each other to be experts at their roles.
