About Alfonso Carney: Alfonso spends his time thinking about how to turn college potential into real world success. He grew up between Washington, DC and Manhattan acutely aware of the social and professional challenges faced by people of color. Alfonso formerly worked in Consumer Finance at RedRock Financial and as a Management Consultant at Publicis. He has an Economics degree from Amherst College and a JD / MBA from the University of Virginia. Outside of work he spends time rooting for the Dallas Cowboys and reading his favorite author, JM Holmes.
