In addition to a rewarding career, Kirk is married to the love of his life – Nayarit, has two sons Don Fernando and Luke Leonardo who are both serving as West Point Military Academy Army Officers and take care of two Belgian Malinois.

Kirk holds an MBA with a Finance & Accounting concentration, M.A. in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS, Graduate Certificate in International Business from Georgetown University, Bachelor of Science from University of Maryland University College, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), and earned his Growth CFO Impact Financial Management Certification (IFM).
