Female-run companies are growing all over the world, unfortunately, women face constraints that limit their ability to grow their businesses. This week, Joe spends time with Jaclynn Brennan and Yanyi (Summer) Li, two women working to break the glass ceiling and then send the elevator back down to the next generation of female leaders. Jaclynn and Summer share the inspiration for founding Fylí (pronounced FEE-LEE) a female mastermind membership community focused on educational masterclasses, accountability, peer-to-peer mentorship, leadership advancement, and funding opportunities for early-stage female founders.
