Peter Segall is a CEO with a successful track record of growing innovative software and service businesses in the education, human capital management, and healthcare industries. Prior to his role as Managing Director at Insight Partners, Peter led one of Insight’s portfolio company investments, serving as CEO and President of HealthcareSource, a high-growth, leading provider of talent management software to hospitals and other healthcare providers. Before HealthcareSource, Peter served as President North America Higher Education and member of the Senior Executive Team at Blackboard Inc., was EVP Sales and a member of the Board of Directors at WebCT, and a Partner in the Coopers & Lybrand Higher Education Consulting Group. He currently serves on the Board of American Student Assistance and Board of Governors for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Peter is an expert at building SaaS businesses, and is passionate about growing companies with positive, team-oriented cultures that create meaningful value for all stakeholders: customers, employees, partners, and investors.
In his role as Managing Director at Insight, Peter evaluates potential investments with the investment team, and serves as mentor and executive coach to Executive teams.
Antoine Munfa is a managing director in the Merchant Banking Division (MBD) of Goldman Sachs. He is a member of the Growth Equity team within MBD, which targets $20-150 million investments into high-growth companies. Antoine joined Goldman Sachs in 2009 as an associate and was named managing director in 2017.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Tinicum Capital Partners for two years and in the investment banking division of JP Morgan for three years.
Antoine serves as a director or observer on the boards of LeanTaaS, Billtrust, True Blue Car Wash, Lakeshore Recycling Systems, and the California Skin Institute. He previously served as a director or observer on the boards of Marathon Health, Forefront Dermatology, SugarCRM, Amber Road, Cervalis, Renal Ventures Management, and Resolute Anesthesia and Pain Solutions.
Antoine earned a BA in Economics summa cum laude from Yale University in 2002 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2009.
